柳州国际商会简介

Introduction

柳州国际商会成立于2020年12月，是中国国际商会地方商会，是柳州市唯一具有ICC背景的涉外民间经贸组织。

International Chamber of Commerce Liuzhou (CCOIC Liuzhou) was founded in December 2020. It is a local chamber affiliated with China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC). It is a foreign-related organization for trade and economy, and the only one that has the connection with International Chamber of Commerce in Liuzhou.

柳州国际商会受柳州市贸促会（柳州市贸促会是中共柳州市委领导的群团组织和柳州市人民政府领导同志联系的全市性贸易投资促进机构）主管，与柳州市贸促会是“一个机构，两块牌子”。经柳州市委组织部批准，柳州市贸促会领导兼任柳州国际商会领导。

CCOIC Liuzhou is under the supervision of CCPIT Liuzhou, which is short for China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Liuzhou Branch. CCPIT Liuzhou is a city-wide organization for trade and investment promotion led by the CPC Liuzhou Municipal Committee and contacted by leaders of the Municipal People's Government of Liuzhou. Hence, CCOIC Liuzhou and CCPIT Liuzhou are two establishments under the same leadership.

我们为会员企业提供经贸交流、业务合作、会展组织、商事法律、代言工商、业务培训等服务。目前柳州国际商会共吸纳企业会员163家，包含柳工、柳钢、上汽通用五菱、欧维姆等国内外知名企业，行业涉及工程机械、汽车及零部件、食品、农产品、物流仓储等多个领域。会员企业对外投资总额、进出口总额均占全市的90%以上。

Here in CCOIC Liuzhou we provide members with trade and economic exchanges, industrial cooperation, exhibition participation, legal advice, business training and more. More than 163 local enterprises has joint our membership including well-known enterprises like Guangxi LiuGong Machinery, Liuzhou Steel, SGMW, and OVM, involving construction machinery, automotive and components, food, agricultural products and logistics warehousing. The total outward investment and import-export volume of our members account for over 90% of the city's total.

聚焦会员企业发展需求，搭建高质量、高效能对外经贸服务平台。柳州国际商会组织参加境内外展览会，举办国际贸易投资促进活动，场次已达50多场,涉及东盟、APEC、南南合作等多个国家和地区。

Focusing on the development needs, CCOIC Liuzhou strives to deliver high-quality and efficient services as we keep motivating members to participate in exhibitions at home and abroad and have been hosting more than 50 events to promote international trade and investment cooperation with countries and regions of ASEAN, APEC and South-South cooperation.

组织会员拜访驻华领事馆，对接涉外经贸机构，我们与40余个RCEP、“一带一路”国家与地区的国际组织、商协会机构建立了友好关系，不断扩大国际“朋友圈”。

The Chamber has also organized members to visit embassies and linked up to foreign institutions in China. We boasts of constructive relations with organizations and chambers of commerce in over 40 countries and regions who joined the RCEP and the Belt and Road Initiative. Going forward, we'll further expand our network internationally.

充分发挥全国首个国家外经贸商事服务综合改革示范区作用，为企业提供国际商事认证、专业咨询、风险预警、涉外纠纷调解等商事法律服务。主动走访会员企业，积极对接有关政府部门，为企业纾困解难。同时，围绕贸易投资环境、市场经营等方面，为会员企业开展培训，提高企业国际竞争力。

Located in the first nation-wide comprehensive reform demonstration zone for foreign trade and commercial services, CCOIC Liuzhou leverages the advantage to offer enterprises commercial legal services such as international commercial certification, professional consulting, risk warning, and foreign-related dispute mediation. We take initiatives to make site visits, and coordinate with relevant departments to solve members' specific problems. We conduct training for members on trade and investment climates and market operations, endeavoring to enhance their international competitiveness.

柳州国际商会发挥“窗口、桥梁、纽带”作用，搭建民间经济交流平台，推动国际业务合作。以丰富的服务形式与内容、高效的服务效能，促进商会与企业相互成就，共同发展，为柳州企业开展国际化经营保驾护航。
